Bridlewood's Simply Southern: "Scarlet"

Scarlet (Palomino- 13 H+) is her father's daughter and a true golden girl. She is steady, sweet, and as cute as a doll. She crosses beautifully with Auggie, and has produced two spectacular colts for us.

Sophie's (Palomino- 13.2H) arrival effectively locked Tanzie into Ace's breeding que for the foreseeable future, and her full brother, Gus, cemented that ideal. And just as we'd hoped, Sophie has proven to be just as successful of a cross with Auggie! We are currently awaiting their second foal; summer 2025.
Evan's Katie Golden: "Katie"

Katie (Buckskin- 13.1H) has only had two foals so far, but she is already giving Elana a run for her money! Katie’s first foal, Faylin’s Labrinth, is flourishing in Florida, and Faylin's Anticipation has been retained for our broodmare band. We expect great things from this mare (maybe another farm stud perhaps....).
Crystal Acres Twinkle Too: “Twinkle”

Twinkle (Chestnut 13H: Half-welsh) is one of the three broodmares to be with us the longest- and for good reason! Twinkle has several noteworthy siblings, with her breeding career here being the only thing stalling her own accomplishments (though she has done well on the local circuit despite her limited showing).
Twinkle’s foals are always sure to have wonderful, solid minds with easy hunter/jumper movement. Her eldest sons have both entered the hunter/jumper world packing children about the ring (with great success) and Marki (Marquee) isn’t long in following them.
While we had chosen to officially retire Twinkle after her difficult pregnancy with Savant, Twinkle had different ideas. We are now anticipating a 2025 foal for Twinkle and KCS The Navigator; due to two star-crossed lovers and a broken fence.
JPH Primrose: “Tanzie”

Tanzie (Buckskin- 13H) is something of a matriarch here at Faylin Welsh: there isn’t a field she doesn’t own and there isn’t a cuddle that she doesn’t feel entitled to (before the other ponies of course). She has had success here in the breeding pastures as well on the local show circuit carting around little people: and just as happy with either as long as the snacks and snuggles flow freely! Tanzie provides good bone with laid back (if dominant) personality.
Faylin’s Hay Bay Bae: “Juno”

Juno's (Bay- 12.2H) pedigree is droolworthy and - better yet- translates to real world quality. Juno's parents have consistently produced our best cross every year (3 years running), with Juno inheriting her sire’s lovely sweeping movement along with her dam’s compact body. Juno is currently with our trainers in Florida.
Faylin’s Touch Me Not: “Peanut”

Peanut is a lovely bay roan currently standing 13H+. She is heterozygous for: roan, black, and the agouti gene meaning she is Rn Ee Aa.
Tri-Ef Rhiannon: "Stevie"

Rhiannon is our beloved Cookie's daughter. We could not be more pleased to have lucked into owning her (not least of which because we loved her mother so much). While Cookie can not be replaced, Stevie has proven herself up to filling her shoes; having hit it out of the park with her and Auggie's first- Faylin's Landslide.
KCS Mirage: "Mirage"

Mirage is the farm's resident Sec A. and the matriarch of our dun line (I refuse to apologize for any and all color puns). While her genetics might have been the first thing to bring her to our attention, we were mesmerized with just how large and perfect her movement was for her size (or any size for that matter!). Her first cross with Auggie yielded spectacular results (in both color and movement) and we look forward to Mirage's long productive future here at Faylin Welsh (and all those golden years beyond!)
Clanfair Mai Tai: "Mai Tai"

Mai Tai (Buckskin- 12.2H) is a simply gorgeous sooty buckskin with the most precious little head. With a gentle sweep and step Mai Tai is certainly one of the most photogenic ponies on the farm (much like her half-brother Auggie). She crossed spectacularly with Goldhill’s Brilliant Disguise- so well that we’ve retained her filly (Faylin’s Alias Grace). Mai Tai has recently been backed (and looks just as precious under saddle as you would imagine!).
Evans Elana: "Elana"

Elana (Bay- 12.2H) is a classic here at Faylin Welsh. Her and Auggie have crossed so successfully that it's hard to justify ever seeing what Ace could do! For that reason we have so far retained all of Elana and Auggie's daughters, while their firstborn, Faylin's Kodachrome, just took 5th in Medium Greens- Pony Finals 2023!
Juno has now qualified for PF 2025!
Alpine Acres Bella Nova: "Nova"

Nova is one of the newest additions to the farm; arriving on the winter '22 trailer with Data. Nova comes from Alpine Acres: the same farm that gave us our beloved Kitty and Ace. In fact, Nova is Kitty's half-sister by Gayfield's Naughty Girl! A resemblance which was immediately evident the moment she stepped off the trailer.
We're honored to have this link to Kitty through her sister, Nova, and finally realizing some of the dreams we thought completely lost with Kitty's passing.
Rollingwood's Unforgettable: "Getty"

Getty has fit right in here since day one. This little lady has the steadiest personality, the sweetest pasture cuddles, and the cutest rolly-polly/dumpling style body that you just can't help but smile at. And if you can't tell by my ramblings she's simply the brightest part of any pasture excursion.

Quicksilver Blackberry: "Blackberry" aka "Berry"

Blackberry is one of our original mares, and has already given us two lovely fillies. While we had hopes of sending her to Florida to continue her training, the world had different ideas in mind. Sadly, Blackberry was caught underneath a fallen tree in the June '23 storms- just 3 days before she was scheduled to leave for Florida. As a result, Berry ultimately had to have her right eye removed, and has been permanently moved to our broodmare band.
Berry is a black roan base and heterozygous grey

Allie is a 2021 flaxen chestnut filly (Full Sec B Welsh). She measures 13.2H. She has one blue eye and one brown.
Currently in foal to KCS The Navigator (due any day), with plans to breed back to Cadlanvalley Glimmer for a beautiful 2026 foal.
Pleasant Hill Chic-a-Boom: "Chicka"
Chicka was purchased with plans to eventually cross with our junior stallion, Faylins Dungeon Master. In the meantime she is currently in foal to KCS The Navigator.
